  Dr. Maricarmen Justiniano

  CEO

  Dr. Maricarmen Justiniano earned her bachelor’s degree in General Sciences from the Catholic University of Puerto Rico on Dean’s list and in the honor’s program. She obtained her D.M.D. from the University of Puerto Rico School of Dental Medicine in 2005 and received the Teachers of Oral Diagnosis Award. She moved to the Buffalo area in 2005 and completed her residency at the University of Buffalo in 2007. Since completing her training program at the University of Buffalo in 2007, she has pursued additional training in the area cosmetic and family dentistry. After practicing as a dental associate at Aspire Family Dental in Lockport NY, Dr. Maricarmen took over a private practice in Syracuse, NY on McDonald Road in 2015, which was established over 30 years ago by a very well-known Syracuse dentist, Dr. Carpenter. Dr. Maricarmen is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and is always continuing her education in the dental field to provide better treatment for her patients. Dr. Maricarmen is best known for her exceptional work in both cosmetic and family dentistry. She has an impeccable eye for esthetics and is passionate about natural smile transformations. Dr. Maricarmen is an expert in cosmetic procedures including invisible teeth straightening treatment (Invisalign) and in-office teeth whitening. Dr. Maricarmen grew up in Puerto Rico and has been married for over 12 years. She and her husband have two beautiful children. She enjoys skiing, gardening, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.

  Office Manager

  Sarah is our office manager with over 10 years of dental billing and administrative experience. She is an expert in insurance claims, billing, and financial arrangements. She will ensure that the patients receive maximum reimbursements. Sarah also enjoys spending time with her children and husband.

  Brandi

  Registered Dental Assistant

  Brandi has been working with Dr. Maricarmen since she started with the practice! Her advanced training and continuing education courses and seminars keep her abreast of the very latest technology in the dental field. Her energetic and fun-loving attitude brings a light atmosphere to the office.

  Marsie Woodruff

  Scheduling Coordinator

  Marsie is our front office administrator with over 32 years of dental experience. Marsie’s love and concern for our patients ensure that everyone who walks through our doors receives the personalized and professional care that they deserve. She is passionate and dedicated to learning the procedures that we offer at our office and makes sure to give our patients an unparalleled customer service experience.

  Tina Hildenbrandt

  Registered Dental Hygienist

  Tina has been working in the office for over 21 years and graduated from Onondaga Community College. She has the ability to remember details about patients for many years and is always looking to educate herself in her passion of dental hygiene. Tina also enjoys spending time with her husband and grandchildren.

  Sheila Taylor

  Registered Dental Hygienist

  Sheila joined our Team in July 2017 and has been a fantastic addition ever since. With her bubbly personality, she helps the patients relax and enjoy their time spent here in the office. She graduated from Monroe Community College in 2011, and enjoys spending time with her husband and son.

  Certified Dental Assistant

  Samantha has been a wonderful addition to our office and came to us from the BOCES dental assistant program! She is excited and passionate about assisting patients with their treatments at our office. She has expertise in all types of cosmetic and general and endodontic dentistry services.
