KinderCare Learning Center in Syracuse offers high-quality daycare, child care, and early childhood education in a safe, nurturing environment where children are encouraged to explore, create and grow.   • Laurie Salvetti

    Laurie started her journey here at Children's Beginnings 5 years ago as a support staff teacher. She worked hard and became a Lead Teacher in the Toddler A classroom for 4 years. Laurie then went on to become the Assistant Director and soon after that, the Center Director. Laurie has her Bachelor's Degree in Leadership in Early Childhood Education and a Minor in American Sign Language. Laurie was first influenced by the joy she received in caring for children and how it made her feel. After that, she began working with children, and seeing how they learned from her, impacted her strongly. She loves being able to advocate and be that voice for young children to ensure they are provided the best education. This is something that kept pushing her to grow in the educational field. Laurie loves knowing that she is able to provide a safe and educational environment for young children to flourish and develop appropriately. She enjoys watching children grow and building relationships with families while their children progress in the Early Childhood Programs.

  • Meagan Stover

    <p><!--block-->Meagan comes to us with a bachelor's degree in childhood education from the State University of New York at Oswego. She joined our team in the Spring of 2016 as the Assistant Director. Meagan was first influenced by the love she had in caring for children. She loves watching children grow into their own person and being a part of their educational journey. She has always been passionate about pursing a degree in education and then utilizing those skills in the work place. Meagan loves being around teachers who truly want to make a difference in the lives of children because that is what she loves to do. She believes in making sure each child is developing throughout the center and enjoys building strong relationships with the families.</p>

Ms. Erin enjoys working with children because she loves to watch them grow into their own individual sense. She believes every child has something unique to offer to the classroom. Ms. Erin's favorite part of her job is knowing that she is making a positive impact in her students’ lives. She was first influenced to work with children in her teen years; She has always enjoyed working with children babysitting when she was younger. As she approached her college years she decided to go into the education field.     Ms. Victoria is in the process of getting her Child Developmental Associates Degree has a great deal of experience working with young children. She enjoys working with young children because she love's being able to be a role model to them. She loves encouraging children to express themselves creatively! Her favorite part of her job is the support she receives from all of her colleagues and coworkers. She loves being able to put smiles on everyone’s faces including parents. The most important thing to her is knowing the parents put trust in her to care for their children. She loves building relationships with families and continues to each and every day.

    Ms. Krystal comes to us from another KinderCare center and is planning on pursuing her Child Development Associates Degree. She has ample experience working with Infants and loves to teach them. What she loves most about her job is seeing the children grow and learn new things while in my care. What influenced Ms. Krystal to work with children is having children of her own. Seeing the impact she already makes on their lives made her want to share her knowledge and time with other children.<br /> &nbsp;
